Your passport photo must be exactly 2×2 inches with your head measuring between 1 and 1⅜ inches from chin to top of head. The background must be plain white or off-white with no shadows, patterns, or other people visible.
As of 2016, eyeglasses are no longer permitted unless you have a medical exception with a signed doctor’s note. Your expression should be neutral with both eyes open and mouth closed. The photo must be taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance.
